For over eight years, ICS continental US (CONUS) operations have aided the military TRICARE community and the newly formed Defense Health headquarters by providing IT operations and maintenance support for the day-to-day concerns of three Defense Health Agency (DHA) data centers. We are currently supporting Military Health Systems Development and Test Center; the USA ITC Development, Test, and Evaluation Lab and the DHA Infrastructure and Operations Branch Infrastructure Test Center. ICS maintains control of the servers, storage, network, and appliance devices, which host over 200 customer military health applications (DHA and Army); 300 environments; and 4,500 virtualized systems, including numerous software development and test systems that support multiple Military Health System electronic health record application development and sustainment activities. In addition, ICS provides database support, extensive cyber security, and information assurance (IA) services. These IA services include the management of all ATO and accreditation, STIG/POA&M management, patch monitoring/implementation, intrusion monitoring/response, anti-virus coordination, identity and access management, and other related cybersecurity activities.
