• WMATA IT Electrical Services IDIQ – ICS is awarded a new WMATA contract vehicle in March 2018. All work is in support of the WMATA IT department based on task order issuances. As one of only two awarded companies, the overall maximum funded value for the program is $5 million per year for five years. ICS is pleased to have the ongoing trust of WMATA for such an important transportation function.
  • Awarded FBI ITSSS Contract to support the Criminal Investigation Division with Validation Verification and Testing of Investigative Digital Forensics Software. This will extend the ICS footprint within Digital Forensics technologies and services and broaden our support of the Information Technology Acquisition Unit(ITAU) mission. The scope of this mission includes supporting the independent testing of numerous software investigative tools utilized for investigations related to online criminal activity.
  • Received a follow-on order for a second Presidential Security Services Data Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in October. This milestone award was achieved as a result of successfully completing the Design, Engineering and Construction of the first Tier III data Center in the month of September 2018. This work will replicate the earlier Data Center design, and will also include a contract scope for program management, construction, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, training and handoff.
  • Handed off of the completed Presidential Security Services Data Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in September. This accomplishment is the culmination of a 4 year commitment for the Design, Engineering and Construction of a Tier III data Center. This work included design, program management, construction, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, training and handoff.
  • Awarded FBI ITSSS Contract to support the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty Unit (MLAT) of the FBI International Operations Division. ICS will be providing a combination of Digital Forensics, intelligence research, inter-agency collaboration, network operations synchronization of cyber events and state of the art digital investigation techniques.
  • Kicked off a new Call Center Operation supporting the mass transportation benefit requests of DoD civilians and military members in the National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Awarded the 3 Year Day 2 Operations Contract for Presidential Security Services Data Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), which will include maintenance for both the IT and Administration Data Center buildings. Operations will include Tiers 1, 2 and 3 support, Database, Systems Engineering, Network and Systems Security, and Applications Support.
  • Invited to present to the DHA J-5 Health Data Management Office a Reference and Meta Data Management Briefing at the Defense Health Agency Industry Exchange. Kwasi Speede presented and met one-on-one with Governance Committee members to discuss Governance, Master Data Management, Reference and Meta Data Management, and Enterprise Data Catalogs.
  • Notified of its award as an eFast MOA holder. eFAST is a Federal Aviation Administration FAA contracting vehicle. This multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) has a broad technical scope and a wide array of labor categories with approved ceiling rates. ICS will be providing a range of services and capabilities including technical, engineering, and scientific expertise in areas such as: information technology design, programming, networking, installation, operation, data management, and customer support; definition and design of systems, equipment, software and facilities; system engineering; requirements management and specification development; information security; testing and operational evaluation; logistics support analysis; technical writing; and expertise and analysis on the effectiveness, efficiency, or economy of technical operations of equipment, systems, services, or procedures.


  • FAA eFAST Small Business Vehicle – ICS was certified as a contract holder as of the Fiscal Year option period, and will hold the certification through the third quarter of 2019. ICS has previously performed mobility management support services work for the FAA.
  • GSA Alliant 2 Small Business (A2SB) Vehicle – A2SB awarded as a key Information Technology (IT) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle used by many government agencies with a maximum overall value of $15 billion. This protested award is pending imminent resolution. In the interim, ICS has been building partnerships and developing strategies to serve its current and future customers with the highest standards of excellence.
  • DSS Cybersecurity Information Assurance Program Award – Initiated with start date of March 14, 2017. ICS serves as the subcontractor on this key program, with 49% work share, which is maintained throughout the life of program performance. ICS has managed to increase the scope and grow by building goodwill with a highly performing team. This direct award to Peregrine Systems, an American Native company that ICS identified and coordinated with to prime, was based on input from our DSS customers.
  • DHA ITC IT Support Services direct award – ICS received its third one-year direct award to continue IT enterprise systems support services to the DHA for management of the DT&E and ITC data center environments in San Antonio, Texas. ICS started this program in 2010 in support of the DTC data center environment in Richmond, Virginia. The ICS team supports all aspects of infrastructure engineering and operations for these data center environments for numerous DHA system and application customers.
  • KSA Saudi Forces Medical City – Awarded in April 2017, ICS serves as a subcontractor to ABV Rock, the prime construction firm, and will deliver all Medical City ICT systems across each of the compounds in Riyadh and Jeddah respectively. The ICS program includes the construction and implementation of two Tier 3 data centers, one at each of the approximately 283-building Medical City compounds, and more than 24 unique ICT systems across each location.
  • DoJ ITSS-5 vehicle – Network Designs, Inc. (NDI) awarded this IT support services vehicle, which has a maximum value of $1.4 billion. ICS is a subcontractor to NDI and will provide complementary capabilities from DOJ past performance including but not limited to network operations, classified networks, quality of service, network management, and network security.

  • WMATA SmarTrip Regional Customer Service (RCSC) Awarded Prime Contract for the Center opening a new business unit within ICS.  ICS brings 40 jobs to metro Washington, and ten million added investment.
  • Long term support for DoJ/ATF Network Management Support Services initiated sixth consecutive year of successful client services in LAN/WAN and lab documentation.
  • ICS Military Health Systems (MHS) Infrastructure Operations team extends Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) to 500 users across the Defense Health Agency (DHA). In addition, the tenants for the Cloud services in DHA Development Test Center (DTC) exceed 100 tenants.
