Vienna, VA – April 06, 2015. ICS Nett, Inc. (ICS) was awarded a five year contract with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) to provide specialized electrical services throughout the DC Metropolitan and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Ben Theis, Program Manager for the contract, is an eight year veteran of electrical and communications transit work for rail and bus. He stated that “The contract allows ICS to provide a portfolio of high- and low-voltage electrician services for WMATA on an as-requested basis. The scope includes installation of power circuits for new equipment, troubleshooting and repair of platform lighting, installation of temporary power circuits, and lighting work in various garages, tunnels, and yards.”
