An Alliant 2 Small Business GWAC Award Holder

Fairfax, VA – February 14, 2018. ICS has become an Alliant 2 Small Business GWAC award holder. As a result of successfully competing and demonstrating best in class value to the General Services Administration for this multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract competition, ICS has earned a distinguished position as one of only 80 current award holders.

Similar to Alliant Small Business, the Alliant 2 Small Business GWAC offers ICS Nett customers a highly qualified industry partner, a robust scope aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA), access to a full range of comprehensive IT services and IT services-based solutions, flexibility as emerging technologies and the definition of IT evolves, ancillary support (non-IT) permitted when it is integral to, and necessary for, the IT services-based outcome and a full spectrum of contract types supporting cost reimbursement, worldwide coverage and complimentary scope-compatibility reviews.

The Alliant Small Business contract was the eighth-largest cybersecurity and IT contract from fiscal 2013 through 2017. The Alliant ranking is strong when compared to contracts used for set-asides, where it achieved both the third and fourth-largest standing for the cybersecurity and IT vehicles, respectively. The most prolific agencies using Alliant Small Business as measured from fiscal year 2013 to 2017 have been the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. A2SB will have a ceiling value of $15 billion over a maximum of 10 years.
