As a result of successfully competing and demonstrating best in class value to the General Services Administration for this multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract competition, ICS has earned a distinguished position as one of only 80 current award holders.

The most prolific agencies using Alliant Small Business as measured from fiscal year 2013 to 2017 have been the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. A2SB will have a ceiling value of $15 billion over a maximum of 10 years.
