As a Human Resources Manager, Laurie brings over 15 years of experience supporting Human Resources and compliance efforts within the public and private sectors, and is well-versed with the Service Contract Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements.  Her experience spans defense organizations and clients include the Army, FLETC, Missile Defense Agency, NASA and National Guard Bureau.

Laurie worked for the Armed Forces for over 30 years. As a Human Resource Assistant for the Military Personnel Department-Advocate General (MPD-AG) she received a commendation when the JRC (Joint Readiness Center) deployed over 90,000 soldiers to Iraq.

Later, as the Civil Service was taken over by Contracting, Laurie became the Personnel Assistant Supervisor and Site Security Manager to D.E.E.R.S Rapids and the JRC, where she led 56 staff members in CAC Cards, ESGR, DD214, Mobilization and Demobilization and Finance, for the Armed Forces.

Laurie’s strength in leadership led her to ICS Nett in 2017, providing compliance and organizational skills and expanding her knowledge daily by implementing a “work smarter not harder” mantra for the HR Department. With Laurie’s guidance, the HR Department is now more innovative with their online on-boarding system and USCIS I-9/ E-Verify internal audit, as well as HR internal audits of Personnel and Medical records with HIPAA compliances.

Laurie acquired her Human Resource Management Certification while completing her Bachelors of Science in Management and graduated with honors.
