Charles N. Stoeter
Charles Stoeter leads multiple teams of technical personnel supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in cybersecurity compliance, risk management framework, enterprise data management, and computer network defense. He interfaces directly with government POCs to define priorities, ensure quality performance, and meet/exceed customer expectations.
Charles is a retired military officer with experience that includes over 20 years in Leadership, Program Management, Logistics Management, and Information Technology Communications. He also has specialized experience in the Sustainment of IT equipment, Presidential Communications Officer, Test and Evaluation, Process Improvement, and Life Cycle Management.
During his professional career, he has provided professional services to a number of Department of Defense organizations, such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), White House Communications Agency (WHCA), and U.S. Army (Fort Bragg, Fort Hood, South Korea, MacDill AFB, Fort Ord, AFSOUTH (NATO), and Panzer Concern Germany.
Charles possesses a B.S. in Information Systems Management from UMUC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In addition, he has earned the following certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISACA; Designation for Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML), International Society of Logistics; Security+ CompTIA; IT Service Management, ITIL Foundation, Axelos; and Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt, Whitman. Charles is a key personnel in our cybersecurity line of business.
