- ICS verifies that appropriate security and other controls are defined and in place.
- ICS performs an independent review of the “entrance” and “exit” criteria for each project phase, including the definition of work to be accomplished, types of personnel expertise required to do the work, and a schedule for completing the work.
- ICS integrates formalized reviews of activities and presentations at various milestones and throughout product walk‐throughs.
