The Screening Process

When screening candidates, experience is considered a prime ingredient however, a successful candidate’s background must be supported with relevant education and training, excellent references, and effective communication skills.

Three or more staff members interview potential employees, with at least one interviewer having technical skills directly related to the job requirement. A candidate’s resume and references are researched prior to finalizing a recommendation for hire. Once approved, the candidate will officially be made an offer and will begin performing at the earliest possible date.

Compliance
