Business Case in Motion

ICS’ team succeeded in delivering the U.S. Decennial Census paper-based operations control system, which controls paper forms, used by field enumerators, who must go door-to-door and count the approximately 52 percent of citizens who don’t respond by mail, in 18 months and under budget.  This system successfully managed more than three-quarters of a million field workers’ responses, as well as returned $1.6 billion to the nation’s taxpayers in cost savings – the first time in history.
