Kenneth Blount serves as Vice President of Telecom Services.  Mr. Blount joined ICS in 2007 as an expert in management practices, gained through prior engagements, such as Managing Director of Global Beverage Inc.,  President of BLR Hardy, and Senior Vice President of Brown Forman Corporation.

With project management being his focus and with adhering to the principles of PMBOK and a proponent of CMMI, Mr. Blount has successfully executed various projects for ICS clients, including program-level support for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ network management, the State Department services requirements for infrastructure, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration/National Weather Service.

Mr. Blount’s experience in scoping and leading infrastructure and facilities expansions, includes build out, design, LAN/WAN, primary rate interface (ISDN), track provisioning and installation, cutover, contractor management, review board, and acceptance manager.

A graduate of Northwood University, he has applied his 30 years of professional experience in managing successful, large corporations, to mitigating risk while growing ICS business relationships.
