Rebecca “Becky” Lewis, is Vice President of Human Capital for ICS. Ms. Lewis began building the vision and strategy for the ICS HR department in August 2008. Ms. Lewsis has enabled ICS to attract, retain, develop and engage its workforce with diverse talents and skills, and is involved in all aspects of Human Capital at ICS. Her department has instituted policies, procedures and guidelines, necessary to compete in the Federal environment but more importantly, she has been proactive in responding to the needs of our growing company and our employees.
Prior to joining ICS, Becky was the Director of Call Center Operations for Fannie Mae and ran 13 call centers across the United States. Her extensive human resources and operations experience, across multiple industry verticals, includes financial services, IT, government and commercial consulting; and hospitality.
Becky has served in a variety of executive management roles for companies, such as Fannie Mae, Collins Consulting Group, GTE Government Systems, and Contel Federal Systems as an HR leader. Her strengths include employee relations, change management, innovation, collaboration, and human capital management/development.
Becky majored in Sociology at Christopher Newport University after transferring from Virginia Commonwealth University.
