ONETeam was founded in 2010, during the 2010 U.S. Decennial Census project, which involved remote teams, geographically dispersed, working on a short timeline, to deliver a successful product.  The ICS Human Capital team worked closely with the IT team to determine what kinds of benefits could be of value to these teams, while they worked on-site.  These included Mobile Office – bringing HR staff to the teams; weekly catered get-togethers, team recognitions and other benefits, to promote an environment that gave these teams a sense of community, or ONETeam.
ONETeam allows ICS teams, while working on-site, to fully integrate into the culture of the client and vice versa. We ensure our teams work effectively with the client, while giving the client a sense of seamless integration into their staff. Â Our approach to ONETeam has led to many successful engagements, producing exceeded performance results, allowing us to build deeper relationships with our clients.
